Synthetic Mustard Oil






Allyl isothiocyanate can be produced synthetically, and is sometimes known as synthetic mustard oil. This is an essential oil resulting from grinding the mustard seeds, mixing them with water, and extracting the resulting volatile oil by distillation.

Cups can be vacuum sealed with a plastic film and/or capped with a polypropylene lid.
